I’m a writer and I love doing it so much, I’d do it for free. But blessedly, my agent has been able to get Simon & Schuster to give me a few contracts to write novels — 30 (and counting) so far.

Lifetime decided that 8 of my novels could become good movies. So look for two, LUST and ENVY (part of the 7 Deadly Sins series) on Lifetime (as an original movie) in April. After that, The Ex Files produced by Shaun Robinson and Tracey Edmonds will hit the screen.

Have won a few awards (NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Fiction).

Am a co-founder of Brown Girls Books. Seven years in business, over forty authors...we’re still kicking!
