I Am Minister Angela Thomas, known as, VAT!
Virtuous Angela Thomas: Author, Christian Counselor, Teacher, Songwriter,
Praise Worshiper, Spiritual Mentor & Founder of His Presence Outreach Ministeries. I have spearheaded many different positions throughout this ministry walk and journey.
So very thankful and gracious for the many doors God has open. His Presence has made a Vow to God to serve His people whole-heartedly with compassion. We are on a mission to reaching people, souls from all walks of life our assignment has been catered to tending to the humanity, justice, rights & needs of urban communities of poverty conditions, providing them with resources, food, clothing, homes, etc.
