Creating Meaningful Conversations

Have recently, with my peer coach in Tel Aviv, launched “The Adventurous Leadership Journey”. This is a leadership training where we invite the participants to co-create with us, based on their experiences and needs. Sort of training and reflecting around the skills they need to build and develop. It's super exciting and definitely scary at the same time.
We need to train these skills in our young leaders; the building of trust, being vulnerable, participating in healthy conflicts, learning to listen to connect, engage in meaningful conversation, inspire and surrounding themselves with people “smarter than they are” and working towards their vision as leaders.
