Instructor of SKY Breath Meditation for both youth and adults. She is a 300H certified Yoga instructor under Yoga Alliance. She holds a Sr. Post Doctoral Fellowship from Stanford University and American Cancer Society and has been working as a Sr. Scientist in bio-tech companies for over 15 years. She lives in the Bay area with her husband and two teenagers. One is a sophomore in UC Berkeley and the other is a junior in high school. Both her kids have been practicing SKY from a young age and created their own organizations - owing it to their SKY practice.
