Prof .Dr.Ushaa Eswaran,is a Motivatiiindonal Speaker, Entrepreneur, Academician, Educationalist, Career alyst, Professional Certified Life skill Coach, Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Professional Public Speaking Coach, Parenting Coach, Leadership Coach, Women's rights activist, Transformational Facilitator, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Trained Career Guidance Mentor, human Behaviour Expert and a You tuber. Apart from being a Planning board member of Thiruvaluvar University, she is also actively engaged in imparting skill development, Career development and Academic consultancy through SEEK as it's CEO. SEEK is engaged in Skill Development, Career Development Guidance and Academic Consultancy aimed at enhancing the employability of the youth.

An alumnus of Annamalai and Andhra University with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, She was awarded the Doctorate by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad for her pioneering work on Biosensors in the year 2011.
A professional with over 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in the fields of education and industry, she has held leadership positions in Engineering Institutions as Principal, Director, Dean and Placement Officer. She is a specialist in educational/institutional skill and teaching imparting process and placements. She is also a Chartered Engineer, Fellow- Institution of Engineers India, and Fellow- Indian Society for Technical Education, ISEC, and IEEE member in addition to being a member in the editorial team of over ten international technical journals for reviewing technical papers that are presented for publications.
she has conducted numerous training programmes and seminars for corporate and institutions that have enriched the knowledge of participants through interaction and knowledge sharing contributing to their improved learning and development. She has ADDRESSED OVER 30 LAKH PEOPLE on various platforms. She was has conducted stress relieving, parenting and life skills workshop for more than 10 lakhs of people.
