Coming from a Public Health background, I strongly believe health of an individual should be viewed from holistic approach rather than focusing on the physical dimension only. My deep interest in human psyche motivated me to work in the field of mental health spreading awareness and techniques on how to improve our mental and spiritual health.
Having an empathetic, fun loving and curious nature, I like to question everything, whether it comes to my own thoughts or people's beliefs and actions. I have a deep interest in psychology, spirituality and psychedelics. Apart from that I enjoy music, dancing, wandering in nature and watching football.
