Just a Girl Grown-Up navigating her path! Living the best life being fit, fab, & having fun in my 40s! Striving to inspire, help, & motivate others along the way!

Based in Chicago, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kinesiologist/Movement Specialist/Performance Coach, & a Certified Running + Triathlon Coach. I am a movement geek & love to do what I like to call “Forensics Bodywork” when people have issues. Everything has a story. Let’s figure out what’s going on instead of just chase the pain away. I work with collegiate athletes at Northwestern University, and all levels in my private practice. I help athletes get started, return to performance, as well as hit new levels! Owner of Urban Wellness Chicago (that’s how Urban Well Chic came to be!)

I am the Operations Director for a local based digital magazine Chicago Athlete (& am having an absolute blast!!!) & am the Chicago City Manager for Running Tours USA (getting ready to kick things off!).

I am obsessed with fashion & clothing, specifically all things vintage…like I said everything has a story. I am a clothing reseller (Bell Bottom Bluez) when I can actually part with all the pretties!

Lover of music. Lover of Life. Lucky girl with incredible family & friends. I swim. I bike. I run… and sometimes in that order! I love the color pink to the core of my being, it speaks to me. I like to sit home & pet my cats too!

Have started on a newer journey as well, to become a Life Coach. Excited to learn & continue to grow& manifest the best life...with even more fun & love & inspiration!
