👩‍🍼I am a fierce nurturer of men and women in pain.

I am extremely proud to be one of the only two certified Frederick Fascial Stretch Specialists (level 3) in Ottawa and I am honoured to serve the greater Ottawa and rural east community.

As a certified FST® Specialist, I have committed my practice to helping clients who struggle with mobility and chronic treatment resistant pain.

I will never reinforce a narrative that you’re broken or in need of fixing. My work focuses on helping you rebuild trust in your own body and its innate ability to heal. We use gentle table-based movement and stretches to remind you that pain free movement is possible.
