Hi, I'm Carl the catalyst, mindset and creativity coach for 20 years and founder of Untapped Genius. I work with entrepreneurs, creatives, and other passion driven souls to improve their "inner game" so they can excel at what they do, increase their impact and income, and thrive doing what they love.

Clearing the way to FULLY expressing oneself can be quite the challenge! There are so many obstacles that can get in the way from being at our best and doing our thing.

In my case, it was debilitating cognitive issues including ADD, dyslexia, brain fog, and more that stopped me in my tracks, including with my #1 passion I pursued for 30 years, which was to be the next George Benson on Jazz guitar - his rhythm, groove, and feel being like no other.

But it was not to be.

My brain glitches made it impossible to be in flow and instead created a stutter-like affect making me mess up even the simplest of songs. And the more I practiced, the worse it got.

And I tried everything in my power to "fix my brain" over many years by seeing doctors, taking brain supplements, reading over 300 books, you name it.

But nothing worked, and I was left without any hope whatsoever that it could ever be different and would eventually end up homeless, addicted, and contemplating ending it all.

But ... one day, I decided to start over again and wipe the slate clean. And over 25 years I ended up creating an approach based in music and science that not only freed my mind but also gave me access to untapped genius that is found in every one of us.

And NOW, I can do things I never imagined possible with my "broken brain" - I can sing, dance, play my drums, talk, and so precious to me ... CONNECT with my fellow human beings!
