I love to love. And connect with the beauty in all things. I teach people how they’re wired to be happy through learning how to breathe and meditate via Breathelab.com. And they have an inner pharmacy to experience feelings of peace, joy, love and tranquility just by activating what’s already inside. I love Nature and awakening our indigenous Spirit to connect to the wisdom of Bees, Trees, Water and Wind. I have a 37 acre sanctuary called Oniya near the New Mexico border to welcome private individuals who want to become self actialized through the ‘Medicine Woman’ techniques I share via 12 years studying breathwork and meditation at One World Academy in India and shamanic practices for various teachers and plant medicines in different Indigenous traditions. To learn how to love Unci Maka, GrandMother Earth, and sing to her every day drops me to my knees. I am humbled to be here in service to being present for those who forget who we are...sunlight in a body radiating in limitless love and creativity. And to gently find all that separates them from whole hearted self love, self worth and infinite abundance.
