Freelance Management Consultant & Interim Executive Officer

As an experienced management consultant with a clear focus geared towards SMEs, I act as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and c-level decision-makers, and also take on the role of an interim executive officer to manage situations of upheaval as well as periods of transition, providing change management solutions and implementing them. I possess the necessary leadership experience, managing teams of up to 500 staff in manufacturing, commercial and service companies. I also have in-depth experience from working in senior management positions at both SMEs and corporations including:
▪ Executive Officer of SMEs (Sales/Restructuring)
▪ Member of the executive board (authorized signatory) of an SME (Sales)
▪ Head of a Group division (Sales/Expansion/Restructuring)
▪ Executive Officer of a Group subsidiary (Sales & Finance)

My consulting activities are mainly geared towards sales and service management as well as restructuring. Following upheavals/changes in senior management (expansion/company succession/restructuring) I also take on the interim role as Executive Officer and assume the role of a helmsman, carrying responsibility for the consistent and successful process of change.
