- my claim to fame "I actually had a hand in saving the planet". I had a sign off on the first Earth Summit for Climate Change 1997 (the technical implementation of the UNFCC).

- be kind to everyone including yourself
- life is as complicated as you want to make it
- live the life you want, not the life you get
- be the change you want to see
- prioritise your focus on the present not the past and future. The present improves your life fastest !
- the harder you work, the luckier you get
- think like a millionaire... be a millionaire
- start with being intentional, end with taking an action
- if you can't explain it simply you don't understand it well enough
- all success is a planned event
- fail to plan & your plan will fail
- to retire early...first stop working ! (you now have 40 more hours a week to focus on retiring)
- acknowledge your milestones no matter how small
- Gratitude has 2 benefits (it eliminates fear, worry, grief, and depression, AND brings you happiness, kindness, compassion, understanding, and peace of mind)
- the greatest healers in life are those that have been hurt the most. Embrace Ur hurt & grow
- it is the people who no one imagined anything of, who do the things no one can imagine
- compare a Pessimist Vs Optimist, one sees the DIFFICULTY in every opportunity, the other sees the OPPORTUNITY in every difficulty
- learn the difference between to debate & to discuss to save us alot of time (to debate we're disputing a fact not agreed, to discuss we're furthering a fact already agreed)
- a company out performs an individual by setting goals, starting actions & staying with the process! Do the same.
