Bio

My journey to becoming a Holistic Fertility Consultant was birthed out of my own story of tragedy and triumph. I turned my pain into my passion and now I’m helping others with the knowledge that I have gained.

In 2009, I gave birth to my oldest daughter via emergency C-section and it left my fallopian tubes scarred beyond repair and sent my health into a downward spiral. I spent many years healing my body and in 2016, I began a journey to support others.

I am now a Holistic Health Coach, Master Herbalist, Certified Birth Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, and Pregnancy Coach.

I have assisted my clients in improving their health, balancing their hormones, conceiving naturally after not being able to for years, supporting people during birth both virtually and in-person, and become an advocate for reproductive justice for all!

How I help professionals trying to conceive:

I help them to improve their health and overall lifestyle.

I teach them to balance their hormones naturally.

We work together to create an individualized plan that works for their lifestyle and helps them to see results in areas such as stress reduction, improved sleep, better periods, and weight loss.
