Been CEO/CTO of three Bay Area startups. Seen success, seen failure. Trying to apply the lessons I’ve learnt from failures to succeed in my latest venture.

Majority of the 400 million small businesses worldwide struggle to survive because there is no simple and affordable tool for them to acquire and retain customers.

I’m passionate about helping small businesses because they provide majority of jobs in most countries, work very hard, but the failure rate has remained high despite the advances made in technology and communications in the last decade.

The global small and micro businesses is a huge underserved market. Conventional loyalty solutions have not worked because they are are complex, expensive and do not handle multiple customer touch points. There is a need for a fresh approach.

Riiwards has launched a simple and affordable loyalty app with a fresh approach to dip our toes in this market. We have some early traction with thousands of businesses signing up from 100+ countries in 8 languages.

I did ME In Structural Engineering from Pune University, India. Stood first in the class. I live in Danville, CA with my wife. When not working I spend time with my wife listening to music or cooking, doing karaoke with friends or playing golf.
