🦸🏼‍♂️Some of my Superpowers:
✅Creative Thinking - looking at things differently than “how it’s always been done”
✅ Holding space for, and understanding, conflicting ideas simultaneously (why is that so hard for people?)
✅Getting to neutral space for clearer perspective - even if that means being self aware/self critical
✅Finding the humor in almost any situation (not always appropriately but it’s still a superpower!😬)

🤦🏼‍♂️Recurring stumbling blocks:
🙈Sometimes I forget to say ‘and’ instead of ‘but’, accidentally negating or diminishing a previous point - I hate when I do that.
🙈I can get caught up in a rabbit hole of facts - usually when ppl use hyperbole, drama and exaggeration to blur reality or magnify/manipulate their point - that sh!t throws me off so I get rigid with facts. (The world is ‘big’ enough!! Ppl who over-exaggerate or constantly add drama for effect, eventually just look like liars)
