I stand for a world that works for everyone, where all people get that they matter.

I believe that to love and to be loved, to have a sense of belonging, and to feel connected to one's life are some of the most fundamental human rights - and achievable by all. THIS is what drives my work in unresolved trauma and PTSD, as an LGBTQIA+ advocate, and a training developer and organizational trainer of resilience, emotional fortitude and leadership.

I work with my clients to become leaders in both their personal and professional domains, with an emphasis on leadership, resilience, and relationships. My former and present clients include the world's largest hotel group, the largest US airline, Audible UK (an Amazon company), NGO’s and numerous start-up companies throughout the world.Β Most recently, I wrote and designed Like A Phoenix, an online training course that supports victims of trauma to reintegrate into their families, work, and communities.
