Professionally I’ve founded a Career Consulting company: Twelvenoon Career Consulting.

We are pivoting our business model to address a big need with College Grads entering the worst market (maybe ever!)

Piloting a virtual program to help college grads learn the job search process. Eventually I want to turn it into an app.

For now, I also do one on one consulting. I help women and men both. However I find women struggle most to answer questions like:

How do I communicate my strengths in a resume/LinkedIn profile without sounding like everyone else? Should I counter offer? Do I sound like a pompous windbag when I talk about my accomplishments?
