Based out of Mumbai these days, I am an advertising professional, film critic and, cinema researcher who runs a single-authored website named Filmy Sasi.
The focus of my website is to introduce South Asian cinema to audiences from the North American and European markets.
I actively cover film festivals with the last ones being Tribeca International Film Festival 2021, 74th Locarno Film Festival, 51st International Film Festival of India, Goa and International Film Festival Rotterdam 2022.

Once trained in Carnatic music, I now sing as a hobbyist.
