Bio
Tullah Carter of Third World Music Group, a artist business manager and reggae consultant has over 25 years experience in the music business.
She worked as an event coordinator, artist liaison, publicist and immigration consultant with other reggae promoters. She currently lives in Northern California specializing in artist representation/management, entertainment immigration and all things “Reggae”. As an entrepreneur, facilitator and business manager, her clients include multiple international reggae artists, from Jamaica to Europe, Soca artists from Trinidad and Barbados. She serves as an experienced visa consultant for U.S. employers seeking to bring foreign artists to perform in the USA.
She volunteers her time spinning reggae and world music on her weekly radio show “Island Fete” under the DJ name of Golden Lady and acted as board member for 14 years for Ozcat Radio, a non-profit Entertainment Company that broadcasts a 24 hours FM Station from Vallejo, California.
