Troy has studied with Walter Dallas and Barbara Somerville of Yale School of Drama and served at NYU New Dramatists internship program in New York City.


Troy has matured into a solid DGA director from his experience of working over twenty years on set as an acting coach and associate producer.

Troy learned first hand, how to shoot and command set on single and multi cam tv. and always made his day mostly due to paying attention and learning from others mistakes and triumphs from working with both prepared and unprepared directors for years.

Troy’s work ethic and preparation and his commitment to prep, separates him for the others and his unique vision gives him the ability to understanding each shows demographic.
Recently in production worked on Merry Liddle Christmas Wedding, Feature Film Red 48, Marvels Morbius among others in pre production.
Troy is served as Senior VP of the Urban Film and Television Department at Patriot Pictures,
(A Michael Mendelsohn Company). And has produced and directed several movies ant television shows.
