She has significantly contributed towards bringing a change in the govt. policies & schemes to support the Startup Community, including the Women Entrepreneurs.

Few breakthrough initiative founded by Tripti, Womennovator, ‘Rasoi Queen’ and ‘Queens XI Cricket League’ that have been consistently growing, building strong teams, encouraging women to do more and follow their dream.

I have curated and managed various startup workshops with International institutions like MIT , Uchicago etc and summits that have catered right resources and funds to the startups of India.

I strongly believe in environmental conservation and philanthropy which led to the foundation of Gvriksh, which is a non-profit organization which promotes tree plantation and environmental conservation.
