Casting Director & Producer Susan Salgado, with over 30+ years experience in the entertainment industry, is in a league of her own when it comes to casting and producing. Susan started her career as a professional dancer in music videos, movies, live shows, and tours but her passion in the industry really began when she became a Dance & Music Agent at one of Los Angeles’ top talent agencies, The Bobby Ball Talent Agency, representing the best dancers, choreographers, vocalists & musicians in the country.

Casting came natural to her - from Live shows to Reality TV, to Commercials, Susan Salgado has done it all! Some of her live shows, stage, live industrials, and tour credits are: musicians & vocalists for Beyonce’s Formation Tour & Coachella performances; Lady Gaga’s “Monster Ball” Tour, Chippendales International Tour, I-Men for Japan, just to name a few. In the world of television, Susan’s accomplishments are endless...The Four on Fox, Boy Band on ABC, Beyonce’s Halftime Performance-Super Bowl 50 & Grammy’s, Hairspray Live!, The Next: Fame is At Your Doorstep on CW, ground-breaking hit show Married At First Sight, Season 1, Deal Or No Deal Models, The Apprentice (season 4), four seasons of Making The Band, Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition, Dance Moms, Born to Dance, and the list goes on and on.
