I am KATRINA, 41 from  Georgia, usa.I am living with two conditions that will cause my  legs to Never  Stop Growing, And I still feel beautiful. I have both Lipedema  (Lipodema) which is a fat storage disorder, That has caused a abnormal buildup of fat that I can't lose with dieting or exercise. This condition also calls my legs to be disfigured. It also causes extreme pain! and Lymphedema - is a disorder dealing lymphatic system that causes Lymph fluid to build up in My legs And causes severe swelling.
Both of these conditions are very painful. They also cause a lot of other conditions to manifest in the body. (Osteoarthritis, blood clots, extreme bruising, neuropathy ect..)
Having these conditions are not easy at all! I also have to live with the reality that these conditions Do Not have A Cure . They are also debilitating conditions.

Though my mobility is severely affected, and I require help with everyday tasks, I refuse to be defined by My condition. My ultimate goal is to normalise different body types and redefine beauty standards, This is why I have chosen to become a advocate for both conditions and to live a transparent life when it comes to my conditions. I pose for an empowering photoshoots, Tell my story on different platforms And continue to educate myself and those around me as much as I can. It is also very important for me to join together with My fellow Lippy sisters and brothers, who also has the condition.
My motto is: "I'm not my legs. I am Katrina."
