I spent 25 years at the same company, working my way up from an entry level position to a global executive role reporting directly to the CEO. It was my privilege to provide inspirational leadership to an organization going through a significant transformation. It was my passion for leadership development (and my amazing team) that inspired me each day.

Then everything changed.

In 2016, I faced an unexpected health crisis and made the difficult decision to end my corporate career. But I never left my desire to help others behind.

Today, I’m committed to coaching smart business leaders who manage it all, personally and professionally. My clients are powerful women executives who want to build unwavering confidence, grow their executive leadership skills, and shatter the glass ceiling in order to make a difference in business and life.
