Since becoming established in 1983,DJ Trendsetter has been entertaining crowds worldwide, playing the best of Hip Hop, R&B, old school 60's, 70's 80's, 90?s and the very latest chart and underground sounds.DJ Trendsetter started his voyage into deejaying at an early age .At age 13 DJ Trendsetter was hit with the love of music bug from his father Arthur G. Robinson , his father was a songwriter/producer of blues . Young Trendsetter at the age of 17 started doing house parties in his neighborhood using nothing but two cassette tape decks after mastering those he moved to the numark dd20 turntables in which in a year he mastered those .Now let's jump forward 23 years DJ Trendsetter is now recognized as one of the hottest deejays in the D/FW , he learned his skills from Dallas deejay greats as DJ Ushy , Greg Street, DJ Baby G , DJ Reggie D , DJ Smoove, DJ Scorpio , DJ Dr. Rock , DJ TDK and Nippy Jones just to name a few.He has spun at numerous clubs but currently you can catch him spinning at four clubs in the D/FW Metroplex , in 1994 he was one of three deejays featured on the local radio station K104 (Tite @ Nite)with DJ Baby G and Dj D Shay , he has also deejayed on four internet radio shows under the FishBowl Radio Network.In 1996 he was one of many DJs that was selected in the world reknown deejay competition DMC ,he placed 11th in the semi-finals .He is very supportive of all local artist(s)/group(s).So keep your eye out for him ,he might be coming to a hood near you .Others may have the name ,but the world know the "original" DJ Trendsetter ,an don't forget his creed is " Money Never Sleeps ".
