I taught English in South Korea for two years and in Japan for four months and I studied Spanish in Peru for a few months.
I enjoy writing, reading, traveling, singing, movies, and working out.
My first novel, The Perfect Culture: The Search for Paradise from a Monty Python Perspective, is about a post-college grad’s explorations of France, Japan, and Israel. I’m currently working on a memoir about my college year abroad in Europe.

The occupation of the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem is morally wrong. I am against settlements beyond the 1967 borders.
I hope for a two-state solution to resolve this tragic conflict. One-state solution is a fairy tale.
