I’m one of the only fat trans masc yoga teachers who has had top surgery and is actively teaching. I’m working on a video project for yoga for top surgery recovery.

I’ve trained 140 cis people and yoga teachers to teach gender affirming yoga and about trans inclusive language in the last four months.

I encourage folks to go within, to do self study, to look at themselves. I studied with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC, one of the last living yoga legends. My classes are trauma informed and body positive/ weight neutral. #fuckdietculture
