9 years ago I left the London Insurance market and am now qualified as a Yoga teacher & meditation teacher ❣️

I specialise in helping people relax, unwind and explore meditation, crystals, angels and healing Yin Restorative and Hatha Yoga, and my aim is to share and demonstrate this making it accessible to all, whilst demystifying some of the beliefs and philosophy to ensure every experience is engaging and enjoyable, and show how relaxation and spirituality can be incorporated into our busy everyday lives, capturing the elegance of the postures, breath, and the positive vibes regular practice provides.
