Owner of Turtle Fitness and performance and TFP Wellness. My goal with my businesses is to promote a culture of wellness through community, fitness classes and workshops. Wellness needs to be taught the world prepares Individuals for a career but often neglects the mind and body. I want to change the conversation surrounding wellness especially amongst women and the Black community.
