I am the Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator at The P.O.P Culture Collective. I am, first & foremost, a mother of ten children ages 13&under.

I have a degree in Business Management but found my passion in advocating for women's health, pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc. I used my formal education to grow a successful business as a doula and then secondly in Network Marketing where I manage a multi-million dollar team.

Additionally, I coach and mentor women on how to build authentic businesses and brands on social media using my B3 and 3x5 strategy (among many, many others). I am also the co-host of The P.O.P Culture Collective Podcast and coach women on mindset shifts, self-healing, spirituality, and more.
