I am eager to learn how to create more opportunities for women especially women of color into the non traditional side of sports. I am new to ownership and the independent nonprofit experience. Basically I am want to connect to strong mentors to make the most effective decisions. I want to be open to learn as much as I can to accomplish my goals.
