サイエンスやテクノロジーと社会の接点を考えるのが好き。研究の専門は複雑系。研究対象としては脳とか、意識とか、社会とか。
テレビなどでコメンテーターもしてます。昔は海外でマグロを潜って取ってました。スポーツが好きで、週末は地域の小学生たちのソフトボールチームの監督をしてます。漢字をよく間違えられますが安部敏樹です。
