I am a “Semi-known” Wild Game Chef, and co-owner & founder of WILD GAME BASED. #WGB is a multi-media company working to expand people’s knowledge of wild game cooking, from start to finish. Hopefully reaching both novice and more experienced outdoors men and women about the bounty and healthful food options found in the outdoors.

As U.S. & International Sales Manager for David Denies, Nervous Waters and Red Stag Patagonia, I manager sales for 22 of the most luxurious and exclusive sporting lodges in the world, located across Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and the Bahamas.

Here in the states I am the CEO and Founder of both World Slam Adventures and World Sporting Concierge, assisting people in following their outdoors travel dreams.

In addition to all of this I write recipes, articles, produce videos and more on hunting, fishing, butchering, game cooking and more!
