Tonya is a Script Consultant and Principal at Greenlight Script Lab. She’s a prominent script reader, consultant for both writers and filmmakers, and sits on the judging panel of international screenplay competitions.

Tonya is an award-winning writer and has been published extensively throughout her career in a variety of mediums. Her strong background in business and finance allows her a multidimensional perspective on script coverage, focusing not only on the creative and technical elements of a screenplay, but also the script’s production feasibility and marketability. She has a keen eye for identifying potential production issues in a screenplay and offering alternatives that don’t compromise the integrity of the script.

Tonya resides in Los Angeles by way of Seattle, New York, and Connecticut. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing / Screenwriting from Mount Saint Mary’s University (Los Angeles) and a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell).
