Bio

I am a registered nurse leader, certified health coach, and certified health minister leveraging her nursing knowledge and biblical principles to serve people in the church and marketplace. To help leaders heal from the inside out, you must be approachable and transparent as you empower them to face life's challenges while leading others. This approach has helped Tonoah Hampton to garnish relationships with leaders from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. For more than 20 years, Tonoah Hampton has served the community speaking at conferences, hosting personal mentoring sessions, and bible studies to meet the needs of countless people.

I am the founder and executive director of Balm Inc., a 501c3 organization dedicated to helping women and their families reach optimal health and well-being through health literacy and educational services and programs. I empower women through candid conversations about life issues and health concerns. The encouragement provided causes people to think differently, thus, facilitates inner healing from traumatic wounds created by life. In 2018, I launched Balm TV to share practical and spiritual knowledge on relevant topics that impact health and wellness. Now, I invite leaders to take the journey to wholeness so that they inspired the next generation of leaders.
