My name is Toni Cornell and I have been in the Automotive Business for 17 years. For the first 14 years I worked in business development. At the beginning of my career I learned that this was going to be a performance based job and I could write my paycheck. I programmed an excel tracking sheet to identify my areas of weakness and grew myself by breaking down the sales process to help me focus on my areas of opportunity for growth and mastering my craft. I now generate over 34% on the showroom at the current dealership and have held those numbers consistently for the last five years. I have worked myself up from a teenage mom who used to make $16,000 and have since grown to six figures. I contribute my success to having a process in place, staying organized, and holding myself accountable. After providing hospice care I can hear things that most people can't.
