Bio:
Part time, my wife and I renovated properties and developed new builds in the past 20 years. From late 2020, I move full-time into property developer and repurpose the skills I acquired in diverse and demanding corporate positions in the UK, Hungary, Germany and Russia. I led outsourcing projects and marketing strategies for multi-billion pound global brands. BAT, my company of 21 years trusted me to lead transformational programmes such as the implementation of our Global Sales and Operational Planning for 180+ operating companies around the world. Between 2014 and 2020, my new product introduction team was responsible for project managing the development and introduction of 200+ innovations around the world.

I love architecture, I strangely enjoy analysing and chasing deals, and I have a ’love-hate’ relationship with the struggles that come with the process of financing, building or renovating properties. I am grateful to have a loving family, a few very close friends and, to live in beautiful Surrey Hills close to Guildford is just total bliss. With my friend, former colleague and now business partner we want to grow our development company, and we want to enjoy running it for years to come. It is our purpose to give a “Share in the Good Life” for our families, future associates, investors, property buyers and tenants. I hope to help others and being supported by others on this journey.
