I have been engaged in long-term care for 9 and a half years since I was 28 years old (8 and a half years of home-visit care, 1 year of care manager), thinking that if there is a professional long-term care worker in my family, it would be useful.

Before that, traveling alone to France, India, Nepal, Thailand, Australia, Bali, and saving money to working holiday 🛩

In the world of welfare, I thought that I would quit if I got a care welfare worker for the time being, and I got a qualification in the third year after joining the company, but because it was difficult to quit, I got a qualification as a care manager and wanted to work as a care manager. Originally left the company.

Since I got a qualification as a care manager, I decided to work once, and I entered a university (Keio University Correspondence Course), which is one of the things I want to do before my death, and as a care manager in parallel with university study I work, but I can't balance well, and I'm mentally tired and suffering from insomnia and headaches, so I retired thinking that my instinct would be a danger signal.

And now I'm working seasonally on somewhere which is rich in nature and also for refreshing 👩‍🌾

家族の中で1人介護のプロがいたら何かと役に立てるかと考え、28歳から介護職に9年半従事（訪問介護8年半、ケアマネジャー1年）。

その前までは、フランス、インド、ネパール、タイ、オーストラリア、バリ、へ海外の刺激を受けに1人旅やワーホリへ行く🛩
お金を貯めては海外にの生活を送る


福祉の世界は、取り敢えず介護福祉士まで取得したら辞めようと考え、入社3年目で資格取得するが、なかなか辞めにくい状況だった為、ケアマネの資格を取得し、ケアマネとして働きたいと言う理由のもと退社。

折角ケアマネの資格を取得したので一度はケアマネとして働こうと思い、また、自分の死ぬまでにやっておきたい事の一つでもある大学へ入学し、大学の勉強と平行しケアマネとして働くが、うまく両立できず、また、精神的に疲れてしまい不眠症と頭痛に悩まされ、こりゃー本能が危険信号だしとるなーと思い退職。

そして、現在リフレッシュも兼ねて季節労働中👨🏼‍🌾
