Summary:

I specialize in M&A transaction consulting for specialty manufacturing and services, software, marketplace, on-demand services, eCommerce, IoT, EdTech, Ad/MarTech, HealthTech and SportsTech companies. I also help with fundraising when I am personally investing in the company which we then share with our network of high net worth individuals and venture capital funds.

I have been fortunate enough to have thoroughly enjoyed my entrepreneurial journey over last 20 years. I have learned how to launch, grow and sell software and manufacturing businesses successfully. Now I am eager to share my insights and experience with my fellow founders to ensure each of you has the necessary capital to grow your businesses and create the exits you're expecting.

As a private investor and venture partner, I'm honored to invest in entrepreneurs who are developing manufacturing and software solutions to improve how businesses and individuals work, connect, transact and perform. In addition to investing personally, I help create investment syndicates and assist with business model development, consumer acquisition, M&A, strategic partnerships, governance and HR needs.
