Bio

I am the CEO of Heritage Equity Partners, a woman-owned real estate development firm.

I am a third generation member of the Williamsburg, Brooklyn business community and am proud to have been given the title “Queen of Williamsburg” for my work as a neighborhood developer over the last 12 years.

My company’s fast-growing portfolio is comprised of unique, contextualized buildings in New York. Projects include: 25 Kent Avenue, an office development in Williamsburg, with Kith and Amazon Music as tenants; 100,000 SF project at 215 Moore Street in East Williamsburg, a few blocks away from Netflix’s first production space in New York; 875 4th avenue a 150 unit ground up development in Sunset Park; and 286 Rider a 130 unit ground up development in Mott Haven, South Bronx.

We recently opened operations in Miami for our development and construction business and will shortly be announcing our first ground up luxury rental project.

Prior to founding Heritage, I served as managing director of venture capital investment at Cammeby’s Capital Group, a family office based in NYC with significant real estate holdings.

I completed my MBA at Bar Ilan University, and worked as an analyst at Israel Seed Partners where I came to love Israel and innovation, when Jon Medved and Michael Eisenberg gave a chance to a “chardei” girl when every door was being closed in my face.

I have a 10 year relationship with Amy Millman the founder of Springboard Enterprises who I am proud to call a mentor and serve on Springboard’s National Advisory Board.

I believe in the importance of community and I have been an active member of Community Board 1 in Brooklyn since 2015, most recently chairing the Economic Development Committee.

I serve on the Board of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, and have hosted events for many community organizations at the Williamsburg Hotel which I own and operate.

I runs a mentorship program at the Williamsburg High School for Architecture & Design, a local public school in Williamsburg whose students learn CAD and are focused on architecture and development.

I have three amazing kids and love meeting new people and learning about the world!
