7 years of battle scares from the recruitment industry has left me cynical and desperate to change the way we ‘get a job’, whether that’s directly or using an agency.

To make this fantasy a reality, I believe the only way to do this is through story telling, blowing off the lid to old school recruiter tricks and old school hiring practises out there.
