As Owner and CEO at TLM Public Relations, I am passionate about developing branding initiatives, internal communications, and external media relations. In my previous role as an Event Productions and Corporate Relations Manager at BET Networks, a television channel targeting African American audiences, I oversaw colossal events such as The BET Awards, Bobby Jones Gospel, Black Girls Rock, The BET HIP HOP Awards, Celebration of Gospel, Sunday Best, The Soul Train Awards, and The BET Honors, which provided me with 10 years of event management experience. Early in my career, as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, I specialized in implementing procedures for manual and electronic creation, control, coordination, dissemination, and disposal of administrative communications.

I hold a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Full Sail University, a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary – Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and an Associate of Arts in Fashion Marketing from American InterContinental University. In addition to excelling in the Philip J. Cohen Scholars Program and graduating from UNLV with honors, I was a gaming innovation finalist in The Center for Gaming Innovation Program at UNLV. I was the recipient of the Salutatorian Award from Full Sail University with a 3.8 GPA.

I enjoy volunteering at nonprofit organizations in my spare time, walking to reach my goal of 15,000 steps per day, riding my mountain bike, and roller skating. As a native of Baltimore, I am a Ravens football fan, a steamed blue crab junkie, and a proud mom of two.
