😶IDENTITY CRISIS:
As a TCK, third culture kid,
I grew up in multiple homes, schools & cultures.
Saying goodbye to friends became second nature and so did trying to 'fit in' and constantly proving myself I was 'good enough'.
At 30, I felt lost and unhappy.
I worked in design/sports/events and even though my job was fun, I felt I was a nobody with no valuable skills, uncomfortable with my body image & disconnected from my essence.
I radically quit and went on a crazy journey around the 🌎
I went inside with the help of master plant teachers 🐍 +
Qi Gong ⚛️ +
breathwork 😤+
light language healing🌀
Six years later...

😍 NOW:
I create space for curious human beings to slow down and reconnect to their inner spark so they can feel more grounded, confident and safe to express their natural authentic self - in all areas of their life.

Through deep transformational work; weaving tlc coaching, somatic movement and sound healing we explore patterns, behaviours and unconscious beliefs that may be holding you back from actualising your dreams--- and then take aligned action to integrate simple practices into your everyday life.
