As a leader in the addiction care industry, I have over a decade of experience in substance abuse and counseling services. I hold a master's degree in human services with a specialization in mental health from the University of the Rockies, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Ashford University.

I am the CEO of Thurman Brown Consultant, Inc., and the Business Developer at Beechtree Diagnostics, where I leverage my operational leadership, educational program development, and strategic partnership skills to deliver innovative and effective solutions for my clients. I empower professionals and organizations with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and quality care, using data-driven decision-making, evidence-based strategies, and predictive laboratory analytics. I am also an approved provider of continuing education endorsed by NAADAC and the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, where I share my expertise in integrating laboratory data into the fabric of care.
