A blind english learner who wants to achieve his english level to the highest level possible. Long story short, it seems nowadays only money rules in this world so when you even don't have enough money to get by, how are you supposed to pay for learning?
frankly stating,, I reached here on my own without having any money to spend. I'll continue, but I kind of feel I'm not making any further progress to get a higher level.
