Hong Kong native based in Shanghai. Leads personal growth and meditation/contemplative prayer workshops in Greater China for adults and teenagers. Spent considerable time researching religion, comparative theology & interdisciplinary arts (“what I can ne’er express, yet cannot all conceal”) in USA, Greece and Taiwan.
Deeply grateful for Contemplative Christianity, Satir Therapy Model, Feldenkrais Method & Bioenergetic Analysis - inspirations for my work and life.
