I am a vastly experienced coach, manager, talent ID scout in the English Football. 🇬🇧🌍

FOOTBALL ACHIEVEMENT
Having progressed from starting own football development club in London to placing a significant number of players into Premiership and Championship academy with limited resources.

Over the years, I have established a proven ability to identify talents, develop and build high performing elite players in line with set development strategies, serving multiple club objectives.

A widely recognised figure within the grassroots, professional academy, English School football, County FA, and the FA youth structure for developing talents that had gone on to represent England at every youths level.

I have played a significant role at the starting point of many brightest young talent in the domestic game in London.

SOCIAL VALUES
Since my inception, I have a proven track record of using football as a tool to create social changes among young people and supporting the underprivileged communities in London.

With my knowledge of delivering social values, I also have mentor boys/girls from difficult background and surrounding become responsible and economic active young adults in the last 22 years.

Combined with my strong organisation and man-management skills, tenacity of mind, determination, technical background, and exceptional work ethic, I have been able to remain consistence in delivering success while progressing in all department of football settings.
