Spanish American Actress. Most recently, she can be seen opposite Tom Hardy in Capone (BRON Studios) and in the Universal Pictures’ Kevin Hart comedy “Night School” opposite Kevin Hart. Training includes the University of Chicago Moscow Art Theatre Program, Second City (Chicago), Improv Olympic (Chicago) and Northwestern University (Evanston, IL ).Tilda is also a writer and director.

Of Peruvian, Puerto Rican & Spanish decent. Tilda was born and raised in Chicago and started acting and modelling at an early age. She was cast in the Steppenwolf Theatre’s original production of “House On Mango Street” and went on to build a solid reputation on the vibrant Chicago theatre scene. Tilda’s next project “CAPONE” directed by Josh Trank as Mona Lisa opposite Tom Hardy.
Trained at the University of Chicago with the The Moscow Art Theatre, Second City, The Annoyance Theatre & Improv Olympic Chicago. Also studied Modern Dance at Columbia College and English at Northwestern University College. Her mentors and teachers have ranged from James Caan to Del Close. More credits include Sony’s pilot TAKE IT FROM US and several shows for the Telemundo network. Tilda can also be seen in the Warner Bros political dramedy, OUR BRAND IS CRISIS, starring Sandra Bullock. Most recently in the Universal Pictures’ Kevin Hart comedy “Night School” opposite Kevin Hart alongside Tiffiany Haddish. Also in pre-production on the feature film JULIA in which she wrote and will produce and star in under her TILDA DEL TORO ENTERTAINMENT banner.
