I consider myself to be a pretty well rounded person. 2020 has been a year of transformation for me (physical, mental, and emotional). I have been on a weight loss journey that has resulted in me losing 150 pounds in 18 months. I have strong interest in helping others along their weight loss journey to deal with the mental aspects. I enjoy traveling but COVID has halted things. My focus now is working out, particularly weightlifting.
