I am a certified Sexologist & Relationship Coach and Founder of Frisky Femme. I am a Wife & Mother of two amazing children. My mission is to educate men and women from the standpoint of Holistic Sexology. I use this platform to assist couples in engaging in positive and healthier relationships.  


Frisky Femme is about being a physically affectionate woman.  Being physically affectionate isn’t just limited to having sex or physically touching someone, it is the ability to connect to being fond of who you are and the things that are important to you. My passion for health and confidence translates into the healthy habits and environments that I instill into my clients to transforms their self-esteem.


As a Relationship & Pleasure Coach, I desire to tap into the curiosity about why sexual intercourse gives us such an amazing connection and pleasure. I was drawn to this because as a relationship coach it is an important aspect of pleasing our partner and ourselves. The way that I express this is through my live feed “Sex Tip Tuesday” every week by giving tips to keep it fresh and spontaneous in the bedroom. Then adding the communication component by my live feed Relationship Tip Thursday to make sure we can make it into the bedroom and stay there 😜.
